Truddi Chase was a fascinating and strong woman!

Looking through the #archives and found this deep episode of #Oprah. I believe this is something that people should watch. There are so many people in the world who have learned to live by doing exactly this. Some more than others! It’s compartmentalizing to keep your sanity.

I believe most of you will see that life today has become so traumatic for the masses that more and more people are affected by this, “The new norm!” #Trauma related disassociation is a technique that most people use and don’t even notice. It may be why your friend or spouse seems like a totally different person sometimes. #TruddiChase passed away in 2010. Click more to see the video!
